Key responsibilities

Support multiple projects from conceptualization and visualization to technology mapping and final execution of projects
Do regular code reviews, Mentor team members
Implement code quality guidelines
Drive architecture and execution paths for New Product/Platform development
Be involved in client conversations and support the sales and operations team to win new deals
Actively select vendors for development based on their capabilities
Ensure the solutions are built with standards and on time
Ensure the solutions are inline with the business strategy
Work with in-house or outsourced / freelance developers to deliver the end solution On time, within budget, high quality delivery
Identify new technologies to enhance the firm’s capabilities and productivity

Candidate Requirements

Candidates to have a designing and Development background with immense knowledge on code reviews
Skill – React, Angular, and or node js is very important to have
Programming Languages such as Java, Python PHP are good to have
Back End needs to be SQL or MySQL
Should be able to articulate the Customer ideas / problems to solutions with the most optimum process orientation and skills.
