Video Producer (Mumbai)

We are looking for a video producer to join our hardworking and talented video and audio production team based at a state-of-the-art studio in Mumbai, Maharashtra, to manage varied projects and quality control for a range of globally recognized clients.

Roles and responsibilities

Project management, including creating estimates and managing budgets, time and resource planning and allocation, maintaining project trackers and reporting.
Quality control of video and audio production outputs.
Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate and manage projects from scoping to delivery, including real-time monitoring of projects and communication with clients.
Work with the team to identify opportunities to develop and improve processes and workflows.
Based in Mumbai but work with teams located globally, including in Chennai, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Skills

Excellent English language communication skills, both written and spoken.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
A great team player who is confident working with multiple stakeholders with the ability to work independently too.
Good time management skills.
Good administrative skills.
Keen attention to detail and ability to quality control video and accompanying audio production outputs is essential.
An understanding of and dedication to promote a culture of “first time right.”
Confident using MS Office and Google Suite, training can be provided for other tools we use internally.

Experience

2+ years of experience as a producer / project coordination / project manager.
Experience of working in a video production setting (television, social media, radio, film).
A thorough understanding of video, audio, and post-production processes and delivery.
Familiarity with software such Final Cut, Premiere, Adobe After Effects, or Adobe Partners will be an added advantage.
